Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reviewless (the "Service"), including our website, mobile experience, and related features. The Service is operated by Uplira Studios LLC("Uplira," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

The Service

Reviewless helps you keep and share private recommendations — your "Go-Tos" — with people you trust. The Service is built around personal picks, follow relationships, and community discovery within areas you choose. It is not a public review platform, and businesses do not control or respond to your recommendations here.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. We use phone-based verification to create and access accounts.

You agree to provide accurate profile information and not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a business or organization.

Your content and conduct

You may add recommendations, notes, photos, usernames, and other content ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant Uplira a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or misleading content
• Scrape, spam, or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or misuse our systems or third-party integrations
• Use the Service in a way that infringes others' rights

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk for users or the Service.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third parties such as Supabase (authentication and data), Google Places (business search and location), Twilio (SMS verification), and other providers. Your use of those features may also be subject to the third parties' terms and policies.

Rankings, leaderboards, and businesses

Reviewless may show community leaderboards, category rankings, Go-To counts, and similar ordering or prominence based on how members use the Service — for example, which businesses members choose as their Go-To in a category or area, and activity from people you follow.

Those rankings and lists reflect aggregated member activity and opinions, not endorsements, guarantees, or professional advice from Uplira Studios LLC. We do not verify every recommendation, and we do not promise that any business, product, or person is the best, safest, or most suitable choice for you or anyone else.

Businesses and other third parties are not customers of the Service for ranking purposes. Unless we state otherwise in writing, rankings are not sold, rented, or traded for payment, and placement is not an advertisement. We may change how rankings are calculated, displayed, or sorted at any time.

If you operate a business and believe information on Reviewless is inaccurate or harmful, contact us at [email protected]. We may review requests and remove or correct content that violates these Terms or applicable law, but we are not obligated to change rankings, restore placement, or respond to every request. Disputes about competitive harm, lost sales, reputation, or similar business impact are between the relevant parties; Reviewless is a platform for member-generated recommendations, not a publisher of business reviews on behalf of Uplira.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Uplira is not responsible for business outcomes — including lost revenue, customers, or goodwill — that any person or business claims result from rankings, leaderboards, search results, or the presence or absence of any listing on the Service.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also agree to that policy.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UPLIRA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Recommendations on Reviewless reflect individual users' opinions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or quality of any business, product, or person listed through the Service. Rankings and leaderboards are informational and reflect member activity; they are not a promise of commercial results for any business.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UPLIRA STUDIOS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — INCLUDING CLAIMS BY BUSINESSES OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES RELATING TO RANKINGS, VISIBILITY, COMPETITION, OR ALLEGED LOSS OF CUSTOMERS OR REVENUE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where prohibited by law. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
